Many of our kits are designed with editable text so you can add names, dates, and details before printing. Each product page notes whether the kit is editable and how personalization works.

You can download your files from the order confirmation page, your email receipt, and anytime under My Account → Downloads. Just log in to access your files whenever you need them.

Most kits are delivered as high-resolution, print-ready PDF and/or JPG/PNG files sized for common paper sizes. The exact formats are listed on each product page.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have any trouble with your files, contact us and we will make it right.
