PhaseGifts sells digital products only. Every item is a printable file that you download after purchase — nothing is shipped or physically mailed. This policy explains how delivery works and when refunds may apply.

Instant Digital Delivery

All PhaseGifts products are delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are available to download — there is no shipping, no delivery wait, and no shipping fees.

How to Access Your Files

You can download your purchase from the order confirmation page, the email receipt sent after checkout, and anytime by logging in and visiting My Account → Downloads. We recommend saving your files to a computer as well as your phone.

Printing Your Kit

Files are provided as high-resolution, print-ready PDF and/or image files sized for common paper sizes. You can print them at home or through a local or online print shop. Colors may vary slightly depending on your printer, paper, and settings.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Please review each product description carefully before ordering.

File Problems

If your file is missing, will not download, or appears corrupted or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with your order details. We will promptly resend the file or provide a corrected version.

Order Cancellations

Because files are delivered instantly at checkout, orders generally cannot be cancelled once a purchase is complete.

Personalized & Editable Items

Some kits include editable text or personalization. As with all digital products, these items are non-refundable except where the file is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
